How to Use

Begin with intention. Hold your Palo Santo stick gently and light one end with a match or candle. Allow it to burn for 30–45 seconds, then softly blow out the flame. The sacred smoke will rise warm, grounding, cleansing. Move slowly through your space, guiding the smoke into corners, around doorways, and over the areas you wish to clear. You may also circle it gently around your body, starting at your feet and moving upward, inviting renewal and lightness. As you cleanse, set a quiet intention: “I release what no longer serves me. I welcome clarity, peace, and aligned energy.” Place the Palo Santo in a fire-safe bowl or shell and allow it to extinguish naturally. Return to this ritual whenever you feel called before meditation, after a long day, during a new moon, or anytime your space needs resetting.
